These SMS / Text Messaging Terms ("Messaging Terms") describe the text-message program operated by MPDialer LLC ("MPDialer," "we," "us," or "our") and supplement the MPDialer Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. By providing your mobile phone number and checking the SMS consent box during account registration, you agree to these Messaging Terms.
MPDialer sends transactional, account-security text messages to the mobile number you provide at registration. This is an account-security program only. It is not a marketing or promotional messaging program, and we do not send advertising or promotional content via SMS.
The messages you will receive consist of: (a) a one-time verification code sent when you create your account to confirm ownership of your phone number; and (b) login security codes sent for two-factor authentication each time you sign in.
Message frequency varies and depends on your account activity, including how often you log in. You will generally receive one message per verification or login attempt.
Message and data rates may apply. MPDialer does not charge for these messages, but your mobile carrier's standard message and data rates may apply. Contact your wireless carrier for details about your plan.
You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message from us. After you reply STOP, we will send one confirmation message and will not send further texts to that number. Because these messages are security codes used for two-factor authentication, opting out may prevent you from logging in via SMS; email-based authentication remains available as an alternative.

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission by your carrier and is not guaranteed.
Your mobile information is handled in accordance with the MPDialer Privacy Policy (mpdialer.com/privacy). We do not sell or share mobile phone numbers or SMS opt-in data with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Phone numbers are shared only with our telecommunications provider for the sole purpose of delivering the messages described above.
We may update these Messaging Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
